Indeed our members are very busy atm, most of us got final exams coming up wich takes much if not all our spare time. But I think we can arrenge som games soon. King Dog is always welcomed to discuss this with me at MSN :)

The Sons of Rome has accepted the challenge. Most SoR players is avalible around 18-21:00 GMT time. But we got players all over the world so finding atleast one that should be able to fight should not be a problem. But best times is as said around 18-21 GMT. I am sure we can get a few games off this weekend.

OK, well me and king-dog are available tomorrow from 1800gmt onwards and availavble at the weekend also, sunday would be the best day as we will be available all day, during next week we will be available everyday from 1800gmt onwards so state some times and we will be there on the dot!

Well I didnt see any of you around at 6 on friday and im waiting around now ads me and klad arranged for 12 today but cant see him at the moment, fingers crossed!

OK, so no show on Friday or Sunday, when will you guys actually be on? we will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday usually at 6 (1800gmt), im sick of running round after you guys so if you wanna get these 3 v 3's done then you know where to find us

loopz, you may have your times confused. alexz, hamilcar, and I were on at 1800gmt on friday. i waited 20minutes and then went back to sleep.

hawaii is gmt -10, thats 8am for me and i was there from 8am to 8:20am. but anyway mossak had something come up so he couldnt be there, and i would prefer we have him present for the game.

i know its difficult to schedule these things. people have real life issues like jobs and families, so often rtw takes second priority. i often need to remind myself that its only a video game. :)

Like Hillis mentioned RTW is not always the priority as we are all beyond the age of 12 and there are phases where we simply cant play....

Due to the large number of Clans that joined the tournament after the start date, there will be an extension to Phase 1 only of one week. The new date for the end of Phase 1 will now be Sunday 24th June 2007. Any series not completed by that date will be carried over into Phase 2 to count as 1 of the 2 available series to play. However, there will be a chance for clan's to appeal to admins to award a forfeit win of the series if the opposition clan have made little or no attempts to arrange matches.

Forfeit applications must be submitted to admin in this thread so that we can then re-read the topic and judge whether to take action or not.

Today we can do at around 1700GMT which is 1800 my time, we should have 3 online then, is this ok? We could possibly stretch as far as 2000GMT though which is 2100 my time

If todays no good then we can do everyday until next sunday (the deadline) bar this friday night and all day saturday so rally your men and give us a time and date

Ok. I was misinformed then. I'll throw out tentatively this weekend sometime. Say Friday, Sat, or Sun anytime after 1800GMT. Help me narrow this down somewhat and we can make this happen.

me and mossak are great old freinds.
and sorting these teams out is putting pressure on our freindship as there never on when we are.
mossak informed me he can only play before 4-5 pm gmt as i work and so does our team were gonna find this impossible.also i would like to add when moss said he had a team ready he informed me and expected me to find my team i think he thinks im paul daniels and can majic them out my pocket.
is there another way of resolving this titan before i lose patience in the whole thing.is it possible to call our phase a draw as it was looking that way anyway or were gonna win.:)
so we can get on with other challenges instead of arguing when our teams will be on.?

i have to add mossak is working is the reason he cant get on after that times.

each team that signed up for RCS should have read the Formats etc. i hope. in that, it stated that clans are advised to have a minimum of 4 active players. if one player can never make the suggested times, then i think that he should be substituted because otherwise, it will be a draw with 0 points each. surely clans would rather play, lose and get 1 point?

SoR has no difficulties to bring a team up, that's not the issue I think. However if it is then, as said we have no difficulties.

then both clans should suggest several times when they can make the remaining games :)

i,ll be on most of today{sunday} i,ll make sure we have a team on at the suggested time sor say they,ll be on when i see there reply i,ll announce to my lads what time so we can get this finished.

and moss isnt speaking to me anymore so i cant ask him what times.

titan im gonna leave this up to your discresion who u let threw this tourney weve tried to play but to be honest im fed up of asking to play them.
i get this isnt our team or 1 isnt on or 2 or none who is there team.

were now into half way threw our second stage games that shows our loyalty to this tourney.

Ok guys, no games have been played since june 6th, which is far too long, and, to be honest, im not sure why there have been problems. I often see several of both SOR and GoTW in the lobbies every night on at the same times!

We admins have agreed on this....both clans have named several times they can play, so I dont see the problem really, still

Both clans are to give a list of times they can play this week. A time will be agreed and a Destroyer will be present in the lobby at that time. If one clan doesn't show, then they will forfeit the series, if neither show, then the series will be voided and ended as 0-0.

titan i agree theres been plenty of sor in the lobby but they say there not the team or part of it or only part of it.its been very annoying to say the least but i hope we can resolve this and i hope these times r acceptable

I am very sorry about my lack of responce here. I have been very busy lately as I have told Sith already, been working very odd times and exhausted evenings.

This week I don't think I am able to play since this weeks working times is 14:00-23:00.

However, I will see if we can get a team online at either thursday or wednesday. I will be back with information as soon as possible, shame I can't participate.
