What is the situation if two clans due to time zone differences can not come to an agreement about the game times?

clans have a month to play each other and find times. if they cannot after one month find 1-2 hours that overlap, then admins will review each series. it may end in a forfeit, or, more likely, clan(s) will be asked to change their teams so that they can make some times. it is unreasonable to expect a clan say to play at 3-5am, so any clan asking that will be asked to change their team.
