LoL..we are fast posters..and about your rule thingy FK
"Violation of rules
Should you notice that your opponents have broken a rule, please double-check you are right, then notify them about this politely and try to solve the issue by either agreeing on continuing the game as it is, or restarting it. Changes made to armies in the second case should be minimal, and only apply to the Rule Breaker(s).
If you notice you have broken the rule, similarly tell your opponents, and try to solve the issue by either withdrawing violating units or restarting the game, with a minimal change in armies.
Note that if you have broken the agreed/default rules, and it went unnoticed during the battle, but was discovered afterwards, you need the consent of the opposing clan to claim a victory, otherwise the battle will be played again. Of course, the victory of a team that has not broken the rules is valid even if the other team broke them.
If there is a dispute, the Staff will decide on the basis of the information in the challenge thread as well as the battle replay. It may be beneficial therefore to take Screenshots of your opponents armies after the battle for ease of viewing."
Check this in rules section...

Acunal - August 10, 2007 05:24 PM (GMT)
we won game 1 with a clear victory. They claim there is dispute on game 2,I see no reason for dispute but anyway.
FTD had some kind of bug with his archers' formation during deployment,we told sith that we might need to restart during deployment, they said it isnt possible.
So FTD changed groupings of arhers etc. so the problem was fixed, not completely as some archers still couldnt run or get in good formaiton but FTD said it wa splayable so we went on.We asked if they agreed to restart game but they declined several times, using the example of a game vs vivv(not that I see how it was relevant to our game)
So we played game and were clearly winning, and they started saying we should restart game and it lagged etc.It lagged a little, but wasnt so bad and I could control my units without problems.
Before game ended it crashed due to a problem with FKs pc.But we clearly won it before game crash.
I will send you replay asap Titan and all 3 taow players have lots of screenshots proving we won the game.So I dont really see what the dispute is about.
I also would like to underline the fact that sith broke the rules by taking 7 of the same roman arch.I saved the logfile and anyone who was in the game can check using he logreader for themselves.I have sent Titan a screenshot showing that aswell.
The Titan - August 10, 2007 05:35 PM (GMT)
I got a replay from FK - but it didnt work, so if someone could also send it, that'd be great thanks.

Fighting-Till-Done - August 10, 2007 06:15 PM (GMT)
good, cause the crash made my game go down in flames...
Also, I have already sent my side of the story to Titan...So I am not going to argue issue here.
Acunal - August 10, 2007 10:07 PM (GMT)

Having watched the replay of the second 3v3, we have agreed upon a decision. The game is to stand as it was, with TAoW winning the game (and therefore the series I believe). From the replay, it was hard to tell how much lagg affected the game, but we believe, from our experiences, that it would have been similar for all players. Also, since the game was not restarted, we must believe that it was playable. If it had been clearly “unplayable” then the game would have been restarted from the beginning. FK mentioned that he could not control his infantry, but, in the replay, all that he lost really was one SB unit – possibly his mistake or lagg, we couldn’t tell. However, given the position that TAoW were in at the end of the game, it was clear that one SB unit would not affect the final result.
As I said before, the result will stand, and I am sorry to Sith for this, but from the evidence we were given, we believe that it is the fairest option. If the game had been as bad as you made out, then I think you would have quit and restarted – however, from what I saw in game, you were all still able to make some decent moves and tactics, which would not have been possible if the lagg had been so bad.
In future, we will make it clear that any game which is suffering from lagg must be either played or restarted before a man is killed. The decision must be agreed between all players before the action happens so that, if needed, the game can be rehosted without affecting the battle outcome.
On a side note, we enjoyed watching the replay, looked a good game :) Although Sith-Pie Eater did break the rules and take 7 Roman Archers which Acunal noticed after the game had happened. In future, just make sure you are within the rules before pressing Go please ;)
